Gratitude Journal

What are you grateful for? The habit of journaling alone can seem daunting, even boring but seeking and understanding gratitude can increase the overall happiness in someone. I’ve heard a good rule of thumb is to list three things you’re grateful for every morning. If you find yourself listing a person, email them, call them, text them, tell them how much you appreciate them.
Writer or not, religious or not, all it takes is 10-15 two to three times per week. Even the simplest of daily tasks can be written about. Gratitude journals create a more peaceful, happier mindset and can be achieved by participating in this task. You may find yourself wanting to write more than three times. You may begin to view your life from a different perspective.
